• You will be responsible for assisting with the processing of the international spare parts business, whilst adhering to our high quality standards and internal guidelines
• You will also be responsible for the careful maintenance and updating of spare parts lists for existing and future customer projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the processing and ongoing monitoring of maintenance schedules for our state-of-the-art technical installations and systems
• Your responsibilities will also include drawing up bespoke maintenance quotations and providing support with the technical management of complex retrofit projects
• As part of your role, you will support the organisation and efficient management of all contractual matters relating to our versatile hire equipment
• Furthermore, you will support the provision of expert support to discerning customers across all services, as well as professional project documentation
• Finally, you will be responsible for actively contributing to the continuous optimisation of all internal procedures and processes within the entire service division

• You have completed further training to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechatronics, as well as technical training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have solid professional experience in technical services, as well as a good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering
• You are distinguished by your confident use of MS Office and a strong technical understanding of complex process engineering systems
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for communication in an international environment, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of service-oriented thinking and behaviour, as well as strong teamwork skills to help achieve shared goals
• Finally, you are flexible and proactive, and always work independently, conscientiously, results-oriented and with a courteous and professional manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
