• You carry out inspections and repairs of incoming safety equipment, such as fall protection runners and abseiling equipment, independently and reliably
• you document service reports and parts consumption precisely in accordance with the process specifications and ensure transparent, traceable filing
• you carefully create certificates for the tested safety equipment, thus guaranteeing maximum safety and quality for users
• you file relevant documents in a structured manner and ensure easy accessibility in day-to-day business
• processing complaints is one of your tasks, where you act in a solution-orientated and customer-friendly manner
• you pack tested safety equipment ready for dispatch and carry out the final check
• in day-to-day business, you actively support the higher-level position

• Ideally, you have successfully completed vocational training
• good MS Office skills are one of your strengths
• you have a good command of spoken German
• knowledge of English is an advantage for you
