• You repair or professionally replace front, rear and side windows on vehicles
• Before carrying out repairs or replacements, you carefully prepare the window and the vehicle
• Where necessary, you remove fittings such as windscreen wipers and refit them once the work is complete
• Following a windscreen replacement, you recalibrate the driver assistance systems where necessary
• You look after our customers from the moment the job is booked right through to the vehicle being returned
• Where required, you carry out administrative tasks such as recording orders and issuing invoices
• You will order materials yourself where necessary
• You will also provide temporary support to other branches where required; a company car is available for your journey there

• You have some initial professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector, but career changers (m/f/d) are also very welcome
• You are keen to make a fresh start and will learn everything else on the job
• Good written and spoken German is a given for you
• You hold a Class B driving licence, as you may need to travel to other branches
• You are proficient with a computer
• You are characterised by tact and conscientiousness in your work
• You are friendly and service-oriented when dealing with customers
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
