• In this role, you will be responsible for customer service in the heating and plumbing sector
• You will maintain and clean heating systems and other components of the heating and water supply
• You will advise our customers and identify their needs

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a plant mechanic specialising in plumbing and heating (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• A reliable and meticulous approach to your work is a strong point in your favour
• A friendly manner when dealing with our customers rounds off your profile
