• You will be responsible for setting up, installing and commissioning our innovative infrastructure for battery-swap systems in Germany and Europe
• In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on site
• You will also be responsible for analysing faults and independently resolving technical issues
• You will be responsible for carrying out quality inspections and functional checks at the stations
• You will also ensure our quality standards are met in the field and document all operations and technical changes
• You will work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Product Development)
• Training local partners or service providers in the use of the stations is also part of your role
• You will provide support in optimising service and installation processes
• Last but not least, you will act as the point of contact for technical matters in other European countries

• You have completed a vocational qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, metal fabrication or a comparable field
• Experience in technical support, field service or installation would be an advantage
• You have a basic understanding of electrical systems, control systems and technical installations
• Ideally, you have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining technical systems
• Very good English skills (working language in Europe), as well as a sound command of German for internal communication and a valid work permit, are strong points in your favour
• You are willing to travel regularly throughout Europe
• You are characterised by technical understanding and analytical thinking, as well as a strong focus on quality and a meticulous approach to your work
• The ability to work as part of a team, clear communication skills and a Class B driving licence are a given for you
