• You will carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance work on switchgear directly at the customer’s premises
• You will familiarise customers with the functions of the systems and resolve technical faults
• You will independently document your service calls, for example in test reports and service reports
• In the test facility, you carry out fault diagnostics, thereby ensuring product quality
• You undertake field service assignments within Germany from Monday to Friday
• When carrying out your assignments, you work closely with project managers and technical teams
• You will check electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and rectify any faults that arise
• You will competently answer technical enquiries from customers and ensure a smooth handover of the systems

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), an electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d) or a mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• You have experience in service installation, commissioning or working with electrical systems and switchgear
• You are confident in using standard IT applications such as MS Office
• You are willing to undertake installation assignments within Germany
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong focus on quality
• You are characterised by your communication skills and a friendly manner when dealing with customers
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
