- You will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, servicing and repair of dental milling machine systems for the production of dental prostheses
- You will carry out installations, maintenance and repairs directly on site at the customer's premises
- You will use your experience to analyse errors, rectify faults and recommission systems
- You will instruct customers in detail on how to use the equipment and support them with technical issues
- :
- You provide customers with detailed instructions on how to use the devices and support them with technical issues
- The close collaboration with the service team and the careful documentation of allteam and the careful documentation of all deployments and the work carried out are part of your fixed tasks
- For quality assurance, you document every process step and record all relevant information in a comprehensible manner
- You actively contribute your feedback on recurring problems to the continuous improvement process for products and services
- In the context of support, you are also available to advise customers after completion of the deployment for queries or readjustments
Requirements
- You have completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in technical service, support or in maintenance is an advantage for you
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are willing to travel from Monday to Thursday
- You have a class B driving licence
- You are characterised by customer orientation and communication skills
- Self-reliance, initiative and organisational skills are among your strengths
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
