• You will repair and maintain technical equipment and systems
• You install security systems, commission them and maintain them regularly
• You carry out repairs, fault rectification and technical service calls at customers’ premises
• You analyse and diagnose technical faults and develop sustainable solutions
• You document the work carried out and draw up service reports
• You instruct your customers on how to operate the systems and provide them with training
• You will actively support technical projects and modernisation initiatives
• You will work closely with the sales team and share practical technical insights

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electrical engineer (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in a technical field role or in service engineering
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and safety engineering is desirable
• You work independently and are customer-focused
• You have good communication skills and a professional manner
• You are prepared to travel extensively within your assigned area of operation
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You have a good command of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
