• You will assemble video surveillance systems in-house or in the workshop and prepare them for installation at customers’ premises
• You commission mobile video surveillance systems and carry out regular maintenance on them, both in the workshop and on-site at our customers’ premises
• In the event of faults, you will carry out a systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting and rectify the faults
• You will carry out maintenance and repair work on the systems, including minor repairs directly at our customers’ premises
• In the Nuremberg area, you will deliver the systems and collect them from customers
• Following maintenance and commissioning, you will test the systems’ functionality and liaise technically with the remote team
• You will provide regional support to the field service team with deliveries, maintenance and support in the event of faults
• You will load and organise the systems at the site, including using a forklift
• You will draw up maintenance and service reports on the maintenance and service calls carried out
• When setting up the systems, you will configure network, software and system settings

• You have completed technical training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or information electronics technician (m/f/d) – technically skilled career changers (m/f/d) with the necessary knowledge are also very welcome
• You have a sound knowledge of network technology, particularly in relation to commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• You have a basic understanding of electrical engineering as well as fundamental mechanical knowledge
• You have good IT skills and a technical understanding of software and system configuration
• You hold a Class BE driving licence and a forklift licence
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
• You are willing to travel as part of your fieldwork, with an average of two to five overnight stays per month
• You can provide a clean criminal record
• You work systematically and meticulously when analysing faults and troubleshooting
• You are reliable and communicative, coordinating effectively with customers and the remote team
• A valid work permit completes your profile
