- You will carry out repairs and hardware and software updates on our electro-medical devices independently whilst on field service
- You will carry out safety and metrological checks with precision to ensure the highest safety standards
- You will carry out functional tests and provide professional training to users and the operator’s representatives during initial commissioning
- At the customer’s premises, you will communicate in a professional and service-oriented manner and act as the first point of contact for technical queries
- You plan and coordinate maintenance and service visits independently and keep a full record of all procedures
Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- your portfolio includes several years’ professional experience in the commissioning and repair of industrial electronic systems (or medical devices), and you are experienced in the collection and analysis of quality-related data
- you have practical experience in handling test and measurement equipment and possess knowledge of repairing mechanical components
- you are also proficient in using MS Office
- You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
- You are willing to travel extensively within the Swabia region
- Customer focus, reliability, team spirit and a precise and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
