• You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation, trial operation and professional commissioning of complex heat treatment systems directly at the customer’s site
• You will also be responsible for providing expert guidance to external contractors involved in the project, as well as for the thorough pre-acceptance testing of the electrical connections for all system components
• Furthermore, you will oversee the regular servicing and complex maintenance of existing heat treatment systems as part of your worldwide service assignments directly at the customer’s site
• Carrying out mechanical repairs, comprehensive functional tests, as well as complex modifications and modernisations, are also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the structured preparation of service calls, including the preparation of all necessary project documentation in accordance with the specified quality guidelines
• Furthermore, you will assist with specialist induction and practical training for on-site operating staff to ensure smooth and safe plant operation
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing targeted technical advice and direct, solution-oriented support to both national and international customers on any issues that arise

• You have successfully completed further training as a State-Certified Technician (m/f/d) or Industrial Foreman (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or mechanical engineering
• you have also completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), providing a solid foundation for this demanding role
• Your sound knowledge of Siemens PLCs (Step7 300, S7 1500 TIA Portal), HMI systems, modern bus systems and network technology are key strengths that set you apart
• Your native-level written and spoken German, as well as your very good, business-level English, will facilitate communication in an international project environment
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel extensively worldwide for field work and possess a strong ability to communicate openly and across cultural boundaries with
