• You will carry out service and maintenance visits at our customers’ premises
• You will reliably diagnose and rectify electrical faults in systems and machinery
• You will carry out troubleshooting and repairs quickly and independently, directly at the customer’s premises
• You will carefully document the work carried out and the causes of faults
• As the point of contact, you will be available to our customers to answer technical queries
• You will organise and carry out your field service assignments independently

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an electrical engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in troubleshooting and rectifying electrical faults
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are flexible in your role, willing to travel and enjoy working in the field
• You must hold a valid Class B driving licence
• You work independently, with a customer- and solution-oriented approach
• You are a team player and highly reliable
