• You will carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on existing systems both in Germany and abroad
• You will independently analyse and rectify faults and malfunctions in automated guided vehicle systems
• You will oversee availability and performance tests, as well as the acceptance testing of complete systems, directly at the customer’s premises
• You will play a key role in the on-site commissioning of automated guided vehicle systems at the customer’s premises
• You will check the functionality of system components and document your service visits
• You will systematically narrow down the causes of technical faults using PLC and network diagnostics
• You liaise directly with customers on site and advise them on technical solutions
• Where necessary, you carry out adjustments and optimisations to the systems’ control systems

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of servicing and commissioning technical systems
• You have sound IT skills as well as basic knowledge of PLC or C++ programming, bus systems, Linux, network technology, control engineering and processor technology, plus a good command of MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are fully prepared to work shifts, at weekends and to travel worldwide
• You are characterised by strong teamwork skills, a high level of technical understanding and the ability to work independently
