• You will carry out service call-outs at a national level and, optionally, internationally
• You will also carry out maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and servicing on electric cargo bikes
• You will carry out service checks and safety inspections
• you will also process and document service tickets using a digital fleet management tool
• last but not least, you will draw up cost estimates

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship
• Professional experience in the field of assembly or maintenance is desirable
• You are characterised by a strong technical understanding and organisational skills
• You work meticulously and have a strong commitment to quality
• You demonstrate a high degree of teamwork, reliability and a strong work ethic
• You are very willing to travel and highly flexible
• Good written and spoken English is an asset
• A Class B driving licence rounds off your profile
