• You will carry out maintenance on our safety workstations at the customer’s premises independently and on your own responsibility
• You will be responsible for commissioning the systems at the customer’s premises and ensuring they operate correctly
• You will carry out acceptance tests on the safety workstations in collaboration with the customer and document them
• You will carry out or supervise filter measurements and evaluate the results
• You will carry out filter changes in a professional manner
• Using design and circuit diagrams, you will read and understand the system documentation and apply it when working on the systems
• Using measurement and control technology, you will test the electrical and mechanical functions of the systems and adjust them
• In the event of faults, you analyse errors in PLC-controlled systems (Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7 / TIA) and rectify them or adjust the programming
• Your service call-outs will take place throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries (AT, NL, CH)
• You will be the on-site point of contact for the customer, providing friendly and expert advice on the operation and maintenance of the systems
• You will carefully document service calls and test results in the service and test reports

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have experience in programming and fault analysis of PLC-controlled systems (Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7 / TIA)
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology is second nature to you
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to travel for service calls in Germany and neighbouring countries (AT, NL, CH)
• you hold a Class B driving licence
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
