• You will independently commission our loading and unloading systems at customers’ premises, primarily in Germany and Europe
• You will reconfigure loading and unloading magazines and recommission them
• You will independently diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in our systems
• You will train and instruct operating staff directly at the customer’s premises
• You will actively support our field service team

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering, switch cabinet or control system engineering, as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have experience with PLCs
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and English
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are highly willing to travel and are flexible
• You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, with a strong customer focus
