• In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems at our customers’ premises
• You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting on existing systems will also form part of your duties
• You will be responsible for commissioning new systems and providing training to customers
• You will be responsible for documenting the work carried out
• You will also work closely with our project management and service team

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a refrigeration engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer specialising in refrigeration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• initial professional experience in the field of refrigeration and air-conditioning is an advantage; motivated career starters (m/f/d) are also welcome
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by an independent, meticulous and customer-focused approach to your work
• The ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers round off your profile, as does a willingness to undertake occasional on-call duties
