• In this role, you will commission bending machines and automated bending systems and carry out modifications
• You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions and faults
• You will carry out preventive maintenance independently
• You will undertake maintenance work and process optimisations on our machines
• You will train operating staff at our customers’ premises
• You will also deliver technical training for users of our products and software at our customers’ premises
• You will document all activities for the customer and in our systems

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or further training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), and we would also welcome applications from engineers (m/f/d) or master craftsmen (m/f/d) specialising in electronics or electrical engineering
• You have several years’ professional and sector-specific experience in field service within mechanical and plant engineering or a comparable sector
• A good command of English would be an advantage
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken and written German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are willing to travel for worldwide service assignments for up to 90 per cent of the time
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service focus
• A high level of commitment, reliability and resilience round off your profile
