• You will construct punching tools, injection moulds or compression moulds, as well as surgical instruments, based on technical drawings
• You will machine metals and plastics by drilling, milling, turning or grinding
• You operate and programme computer-controlled CNC machine tools
• You assemble individual components into fully functional tools
• You install the finished tools into the relevant production machines
• You carry out test runs and check that the tools are functioning correctly
• You measure workpieces precisely to the micrometre and check dimensional accuracy
• You will independently maintain and repair worn or defective tools
• You will read and interpret technical drawings and production documents

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d) or precision engineer (m/f/d)
• You have experience in operating CNC-controlled machine tools
• You can confidently read and interpret technical drawings and production documents
• You are characterised by your precise and meticulous work in the micrometre range
• You possess manual dexterity and technical understanding
• You work independently and take responsibility for the results of your work
• You are willing to travel for occasional service calls
• You must be willing to work shifts
• You have a basic spoken command of the German language
• A valid work permit is required
