• You will manage the overall project to transition a vehicle workshop to an external service model
• You will coordinate all relevant partners and align cross-departmental processes
• As part of process design, you will develop target processes, define responsibilities and create process flows
• You will be responsible for scheduling, tracking milestones and reporting right up to go-live
• You will facilitate workshops and coordination meetings and ensure a smooth project handover

• You have completed further training as a technician or master craftsman, a technical degree – for example in mechanical engineering – or a comparable qualification
• You also have at least two years’ professional experience in project management or project coordination in an industrial setting
• You have experience in cross-functional projects involving external service providers, as well as in cross-departmental collaboration
• You also have a very good command of German (at least C1 level) and a good command of English (at least B2 level)
• You are characterised by a structured and independent approach to work, as well as strong communication and facilitation skills
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
