Job description
- You will process commercial processes in the ERP system (ProAlpha) and use the KIX ticket programme for structured case processing
- In the creation and processing of customer returns, RMA processes and repairs (incl. external service providers), you will ensure smooth processes
- Through incoming goods inspections external service providers) you ensure a smooth process
- by checking incoming goods, making stock bookings and checking invoices, you ensure correct stocks and processes
- in the creation and management of documents such as repair orders, returns, archiving or master data maintenance, archiving or master data maintenance, you work carefully and comprehensibly
- in communication with customers and service providers as well as in quality management (de/en) you act professionally
- you also support the delivery reminder system and actively participate in inventory preparation and implementation
Requirements
- With your completed commercial vocational training, you have the technical basis
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems, especially ProAlpha, makes it easier for you to get started
- You use MS Office confidently and routinely
- Good written and spoken German and English skills enable you to communicate clearly
- Committed and reliable, you contribute to a professional process in service and returns management
