• You will process commercial processes in the ERP system (ProAlpha) and use the KIX ticket programme for structured case processing
• In the creation and processing of customer returns, RMA processes and repairs (incl. external service providers), you will ensure smooth processes
• Through incoming goods inspections external service providers) you ensure a smooth process
• by checking incoming goods, making stock bookings and checking invoices, you ensure correct stocks and processes
• in the creation and management of documents such as repair orders, returns, archiving or master data maintenance, archiving or master data maintenance, you work carefully and comprehensibly
• in communication with customers and service providers as well as in quality management (de/en) you act professionally
• you also support the delivery reminder system and actively participate in inventory preparation and implementation

• With your completed commercial vocational training, you have the technical basis
