• You will set up our automated optical inspection and sorting machines, commission them and monitor them during operation
• You will create new inspection and sorting programmes independently and optimise existing programmes
• You will analyse sorting results and use them to continuously improve process reliability
• You will set up and operate the laser engraving system, including the robotic system
• You will optimise feeding systems and vibratory conveyor technology to ensure a stable and trouble-free flow of parts
• In the event of faults with the equipment, you will identify the cause and rectify it, or implement appropriate measures
• You will provide support during the introduction of new products and sorting processes, for example by adapting equipment, programmes and parameters
• You will liaise closely with Production, Quality Assurance and Engineering

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• You have experience with optical inspection systems, sorting systems or image processing systems
• Knowledge of vibratory conveyor technology and parts feeding would be an advantage
• Technical understanding and an interest in automation, sorting and inspection technology are assets
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with a focus on finding solutions
• You are characterised by your initiative, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
