Job description
- You supervise your work group in close coordination with the senior fitter (m/f/d) or site manager (m/f/d) to ensure that all tasks are carried out professionally
- You ensure that the site regulations specified by the customer and the HSEEQ measures are adhered to at all times
- Before starting work, you obtain the necessary assembly approvals and clarify all approvals directly with the customer
- You assign tasks effectively to your work group, so that everyone is optimally deployed
- You consistently monitor the current production status and keep the senior fitter or site manager up to date
- You actively help the team move forward and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You are responsible for the materials, tools and equipment used in your group
Requirements
- You have already gained extensive experience as a metal worker (m/f/d) or as a fitter (m/f/d) in the field of plant construction and pipeline construction
- You have valid welding passes in the processes TIG, MIG, MIG, MIG, E-hand and MAG for your daily work
- As a fitter in pipeline construction, you have solid professional experience and are very familiar with the requirements
- Craft skills and enthusiasm for technical tasks describe your profile particularly well
- You demonstrate technical understanding at all times and use it both as part of a team and independently
- You can always be relied on to work reliably and independently
- Quality awareness complements your sense of responsibility and deadline awareness optimally
