• You will be responsible for managing staff and acting as the point of contact for employees and customers
• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, allocating tasks and briefing staff
• you will be responsible for daily reporting and monitoring health and safety
• carrying out stock-takes rounds off your role

• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is an asset
• Very good command of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You hold a driving licence and own a car
• You are characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility, as well as strong planning and organisational skills
