• You will organise the deployment of staff and resource planning within your shift
• You will be responsible for conducting staff appraisals and shift handovers as well as recording, analysing and optimising key production figures
• You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the production team
• You will also work closely with the production management, the planning team and related departments
• ensuring production quantities and quality standards (HACCP/IFS) is also part of your remit
• you actively participate in audits, traceability and continuous process improvement
• you ensure occupational safety and the monitoring and optimisation of processes
• supporting the commissioning of new machines and systems rounds off your job profile

• You have already gained several years of professional experience in team leadership and in a production environment, ideally in the food industry
• You have an awareness of quality and hygiene as well as knowledge of occupational safety
• In addition, you have very good IT skills (ERP system, MS Office)
• Basic knowledge of lean methods is an advantage for you
• You have a very good command of German, ideally also English
• Working in shifts is no problem for you
• A valid work permit is part of your profile
