• You will be responsible for the technical and organisational management of your team of seven staff members in the injection moulding department to ensure the smooth running of shifts
• You will also be responsible for monitoring, optimising and setting up existing injection moulding processes whilst strictly adhering to all internal quality standards
• You will also oversee the regular maintenance, upkeep and set-up of the moulds in use, as well as the modern injection moulding machines, during ongoing production
• Ensuring consistently high product quality, as well as systematic fault-finding and troubleshooting, are also part of your core daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the coordination of production processes and manage the efficient planning of staff deployment within your shift operation
• Furthermore, you will help ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, health and safety guidelines and operational requirements throughout the entire production area
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing technical training and induction

• You have completed further training as a plastics technician (m/f/d) or an industrial foreman in plastics (m/f/d), with an apprenticeship as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or a plastics moulding technician (m/f/d)
• You also have solid professional experience in the field of plastics technology, as well as demonstrable initial leadership experience in managing small teams
• Your confident knowledge of the operation, set-up and optimisation of modern injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your native-level command of German (C2/C1), both spoken and written, as well as a solid understanding of technical documentation, will support you in your day-to-day work
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, organisational skills and a strong solution-oriented mindset to our motivated team
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
