• You will be responsible for the technical supervision of the staff in your shift team, as well as for coordinating operations on the production lines during your shift
• This includes overseeing the injection moulding machines, rectifying faults with machines and equipment, as well as setting up and tooling the moulds and preparing the machines
• You will also advise the set-up operators on technical issues and queries
• You will also ensure that the ongoing production process runs smoothly in accordance with work instructions
• Last but not least, you will contribute to the optimisation of workflows and processes by identifying problems and areas for improvement, proposing improvements and possible solutions to departmental management, and implementing process optimisations and changes in accordance with work instructions

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic (m/f/d) (plastics/rubber – specialising in moulded parts) or as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) (specialising in moulded parts) or a comparable qualification
• you have also gained several years’ professional experience as a process mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have very good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines throughout the entire production process
• Ideally, you already have some initial technical management experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and a valid work permit are also assets
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and a team-oriented approach round off your profile
