You will assume technical responsibility for and manage a cross-product production shift, and take part in staff appraisals. You will also contribute to production planning and implement the production plan. You will ensure that production runs smoothly and that production targets and quality standards are met. YouYou will be involved in staff deployment planning, including the preparation of shift, duty and holiday rosters. You will also be responsible for the technical induction of new employees. Last but not least, you will monitor and operate the production equipment

• a completed vocational qualification, e.g. in the electrical engineering or technical field, such as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or microtechnology technician (m/f/d), you’ll have
• you also have professional experience in production, e.g. of electronic assemblies
• You are willing to work across multiple shifts
• You communicate effectively and are assertive
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with foresight
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Very good written and spoken German (C1–C2) rounds off your profile
