You will prepare delivery notes and dispatch documents to ensure on-time delivery. You will independently process incoming deliveries and collections and check the relevant documents. You will also assign the appropriate loading- and unloading points, and coordinate operations in the yard. You will be responsible for the technical and organisational management of the production shift team, packaging and loading of roof panels; you plan and manage the loading and packaging processes across three shifts; you are responsible for staff scheduling and coordinating the team during the shift; you ensure theand delivery quality and ensure that deadlines and quantity targets are met. You continuously monitor compliance with health and safety standards within your area of responsibility. As the point of contact:You act as the point of contact for your team and liaise with upstream and downstream production areas. Last but not least, you document the shift results and pass on relevant information to the next shift.

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable commercial qualification
• you also have professional experience in production, logistics or loading, ideally supplemented by some initial management or scheduling experience
• you are characterised by technical understanding combined with organisational skills
• You possess assertiveness and strong communication skills when working with your team
• We require a willingness to work a three-shift system, including weekend work
• A reliable and responsible approach to work is second nature to you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Knowledge of Czech or Russian would be an advantage
