• You are responsible for the on-time delivery of goods to our customers and ensure a smooth shipping process
• You coordinate order picking and always keep an eye on the processes
• You also create delivery documents and all necessary accompanying documents
• In the event of bottlenecks, you coordinate with our in-house production and production planning
• You notify the shipments and schedule the empties
• You communicate with our customers about the delivery status, packaging proposals, delivery batch sizes, quantity deviations, backlogs and other relevant topics
• you also process logistical complaints

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the industry
• You are confident with MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
