• You plan the use of the load space, taking into account the applicable load securing regulations
• You prepare all necessary dispatch documents, such as delivery notes and consignment notes, fully and carefully
• You allocate parts to the relevant orders and label them correctly
• You oversee the picking of goods and actively support the operational process
• You will help with the packing of goods and ensure that packaging is secure for transport
• You will coordinate the dispatch and loading of goods and ensure they are ready on time
• Before dispatch, you check consignments for completeness, accuracy and consistency with the documentation
• You liaise with the warehouse, production and hauliers regarding loading times and load details

• You have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the areas of packaging, loading and dispatch
• You are familiar with planning the use of cargo space and ensure compliance with load-securing regulations
• You prepare dispatch documents carefully and reliably
• You work in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview when sorting and labelling parts
• You excel in teamwork and communication when coordinating order picking, packaging and dispatch
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
