Site Cleaning Team Leader (m/f/d)

• Pay above the standard rate
• The role is designed for 20 to 25 hours per week, with 5 to 6 hours per working day

• You will lead a cleaning team of 5 staff members, coordinate assignments and ensure effective communication within the team
• You will also carry out general and detailed cleaning as part of site cleaning operations
• You ensure that clean work surfaces are provided
• You also remove dust, paint and silicone residue
• You clean stairwells, corridors and ancillary rooms
• You will also carry out final cleaning checks prior to handover or acceptance
• You will check that the areas have been properly cleaned and are accessible

• You have a good command of German at at least B1 level
• You also reliably comply with health and safety regulations and wear a safety helmet and safety footwear
