• You will be responsible for the independent technical and organisational management of challenging building construction projects, whilst ensuring compliance with all quality standards
• You will also be responsible for the professional management and supervision of all construction processes across the standard project phases at the respective site
• You will also oversee the coordination of the trades carrying out the work and ensure that specifications are implemented on time at the building sites
• Continuous monitoring of deadlines, as well as active cost and quality management, are also part of your day-to-day responsibilities in this dynamic field of work
• As part of your role, you will facilitate close coordination with architects, regulatory authorities, subcontractors and all other stakeholders on site
• Furthermore, you will support the regular documentation of construction progress and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all projects
• Finally, you will be responsible for targeted communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure consistently high project quality

• You have a degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d) or master bricklayer (m/f/d)
• You also have at least three years’ solid professional experience in independently managing building construction projects
• Your confident use of standard IT applications such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your strong communication skills, make you an ideal candidate for this role
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of teamwork, commitment and negotiation skills when dealing professionally with business partners
• Finally, you are completely reliable, always work in a structured manner and hold a valid Class B driving licence for business travel
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
