• In this role, you will be responsible for the independent management and organisation of building construction sites
• Your responsibilities will include coordinating the various trades and subcontractors, as well as monitoring the construction process
• You will ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met throughout the entire construction phase
• You will review technical documentation, building plans and specifications and implement them professionally on site
• As the point of contact, you will be available on site to our clients, architects, authorities and business partners
• You will manage site documentation, as well as quantity surveying and supplementary contracts, carefully and on time
• You will monitor compliance with health and safety and accident prevention regulations on site

• You have a degree (in civil engineering) or have completed a state-certified construction technician qualification
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in construction management would be an advantage
• You have specialist knowledge and practical experience in the standard project phases
• Proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook) is part of your profile
• Native-level German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence
• You are a team player and are characterised by your commitment and reliability
• You have good interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and business partners
