• In this role, you will plan and manage civil engineering projects, including tender processing, work planning and cost estimation
• You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standards
• You will procure major equipment and materials on time and at the best possible cost
• You will monitor the construction process and carry out on-site performance checks
• You will coordinate subcontractors and award contracts for their services
• You will carry out invoice verification and final settlement
• You will manage contract amendments
• You will manage 3 to 7 staff members and bear responsibility for them
• You will carry out assignments in the Berlin-Mahlsdorf area as well as in the regions of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hamburg and Saxony using a company car provided from the pool

• You hold a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a qualification as a civil engineering technician (m/f/d) specialising in civil engineering
• Several years’ experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage
• You have a very good knowledge of construction law and the VOB
• Proficiency in construction-specific software such as BRZ, iTWO or Arriba, as well as standard MS Office applications, is one of your strengths
• Good written and spoken German is part of your profile
• You have a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work, and are willing to travel occasionally
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
