• You will be responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all installation and commissioning activities on site
• You will ensure that deadlines, costs, quality, and the proper delivery of the Siemens Energy scope of work on site
• As part of your on-site responsibilities, you will coordinate collaboration with customers, authorities, subcontractors, partners and the project team
• You consistently implement EHS requirements and actively promote a ‘Zero Harm’ culture on site
• By leading the site team, you represent the interests of the project management team on site and ensure the project runs smoothly

• You hold a degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering or civil engineering, or a comparable subject-specific qualification
• you also have at least five years’ professional experience in a managerial role on large-scale construction sites in industrial plant construction
• extensive experience in the implementation of complex EPC or consortium projects, ideally in the field of HVDC,
• You are distinguished by your in-depth knowledge of EHS and the application of relevant guidelines, regulations and processes on construction sites
• Advanced German language skills (at least B2 level) and a good command of English (at least B1 level) are to your credit
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
