• You will be responsible for the qualified construction management of all turnkey building constructiontrades and independently ensure compliance with all quality specifications and safety standards on the construction site
• In addition, you are responsible for the target-oriented assurance of deadlines and costs as well as the qualified tendering and awarding of subcontractor services for your projects
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the independent invoicing of construction services as well as invoice verification and measurement checks to ensure complete documentation of all relevant construction processes and project steps

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or architecture (m/f/d) or a technical apprenticeship (m/f/d) with many years of practical experience
