• You will be responsible for the complete organisation and technical execution of our diverse construction projects in strict compliance with all relevant quality standards and country-specific building regulations
• In addition, you will be responsible for precise cost control and detailed scheduling to ensure the economical and timely completion of complex projects at all times
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional invoicing of all construction services rendered and prepare well-founded calculations for transparent documentation for our customers:and partners involved:
• Your tasks also include the active control of supplementary management, proactively developing economic solutions and always keeping an eye on the contractual agreements
• as part of your work, you support the technical monitoring of the subcontractors used and coordinate the smooth cooperation of different trades directly on site at the construction site
• furthermore, you support the management through your technical advice and are available as a competent contact person for all technical questions during the entire project phase
• Finally, you are responsible for consistent compliance with occupational safety regulations and your team-oriented personality ensures a motivating working atmosphere within the entire project team

• You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture and have sound theoretical knowledge of planning complex construction projects
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position within construction management, preferably with a focus on building construction or turnkey construction
• Your confident knowledge of common IT applications as well as specific industry software for construction accounting and project management characterise you in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German in order to be able to communicate with customers and authorities professionally and legally at all times:and authorities in a professional and legally compliant manner at all times
• Furthermore, you have a high level of commitment and a pronounced willingness to make decisions in order to always act in a goal-oriented and level-headed manner, even in critical project phases
• Finally, you have a confident personality and work very independently and in a structured manner, where you successfully use your cooperative behaviour in dealing with the entire team
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to perform this responsible position
