• You will plan, organise and supervise construction sites independently
• You will be responsible for several projects at the same time
• You will develop bespoke solutions for each construction project, contributing your ideas and expertise
• You coordinate the processes and liaise with the foreman, who provides you with active on-site support
• You ensure quality, stay within budget and meet deadlines

• A degree in civil engineering, e.g. as a civil engineering technician (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience
• ideally, you have experience of working with modern construction processes and digital tools
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• You stand out for your organisational skills, ability to work independently and enthusiasm for project management
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are among your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
