• You will independently manage and coordinate construction sites in plant and pipework construction
• Work planning, planning, organisation and management of site operations are part of your remit
• you are responsible for resource planning for site staff and subcontractors
• as the technical point of contact (m/f/d), you act as the link between clients, suppliers, project management and related trades
• You ensure that installation is supervised so that work is carried out on time, to the required quality standards and within budget
• You oversee commissioning, handover inspections and project handovers
• You reliably prepare and check documentation such as as-built measurements, isometrics, as-built documentation and invoicing documents
• You consistently ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards on site
• You ensure that projects are successfully implemented from a technical, financial and organisational perspective

• You have completed technical training in plant engineering, pipework construction or metalworking
• You bring with you sound experience in construction management, assembly management or site coordination in plant engineering or pipework construction
• You have a good knowledge of the assembly and installation of pipework systems and process engineering plant
• You possess leadership skills and experience in coordinating staff and subcontractors
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
• A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients and project partners is second nature to you
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence, to travel to various construction sites in the Mittelbiberach area and, occasionally, throughout Germany
