• You will be responsible for our construction projects in turnkey residential construction with a focus on multi-family construction and underground car parks
• You will coordinate and monitor the individual construction phases independently and consistently pay attention to adherence to deadlines, quality and cost security
• In regular construction meetings, you will coordinate with all project participants and maintain the construction site protocol and the construction schedule
• In addition, you will check measurements, invoices and supplements with a trained eye for detail
• During the entire construction phase, you are a reliable contact person for our customers
• Together with subcontractors and buyers, you successfully lead the construction projects to acceptance
• Until the final handover, you control the defect management in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• In addition, you carry out plan checks and thus contribute to a smooth project progress

• You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture or have completed a comparable training as a state-certified construction technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) and are a freelancer (m/f/d)
• In the field of construction management in turnkey residential construction with underground car park, you have at least ten years of professional experience and have ideally already worked for a property developer
• With the standards relevant to residential construction, regulations and guidelines relevant to residential construction
• You are confident and experienced in using the relevant MS Office programmes
• Your working style is structured, forward-looking and self-reliant
