• You will be responsible for the complete construction management of the building services heating, ventilation, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing in demanding new and conversion projects in industrial construction

• You have successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) specialising in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation
• Your sound basis is a completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have at least three years of professional experience as a TGA site manager in turnkey industrial and commercial construction or in demanding large-scale residential construction projects
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, calculation according to VOB and possession of a valid class B car driving licence
• you have business fluent German language skills at C1 level as well as good written and spoken English language skills for successful and smooth project communication
• you also have a high degree of assertiveness, communication skills and an independent, structured way of working and are a real team player
