• You’ll play an active role in concrete and structural work
• You’ll place steel reinforcement into the prepared formwork and lay or weave it according to the plans
• You’ll reliably erect, dismantle and prepare formwork
• You will place fresh concrete, compact it and ensure proper curing
• You will finish the concrete surfaces and carry out visual inspections of the finished precast concrete elements
• You read, understand and implement formwork and reinforcement plans independently
• Supporting tasks in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry construction also form part of your remit

• Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship as a concrete worker (m/f/d), bricklayer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Career changers (m/f/d) with professional experience in concrete or formwork construction, you are very welcome
• You are naturally confident in handling formwork systems and construction plans
• You are characterised by good manual dexterity and an energetic approach to work
• You have a command of German at least at B1 level to ensure safety on the building site
• Valid work permits are a prerequisite for employment
