Duties: Processing resin-impregnated fibre materials (e.g. GRP, CFRP, AFK) Casting and injecting silicone and resin systems Assembling plastic components and production equipment Operating machinery (e.g. autoclave, encapsulation system), as well as maintenance and servicing; reworking and repairing encapsulated and plastic parts; documentation and quality control of work results. Profile: Completed vocational training as a plastics mechanic, plastics moulder, laminator, boat builder, joiner or equivalent; possible alternative occupational groups: Process mechanics (particularly in plastics/rubber technology), precision mechanics, machine and plant operators, production mechanics, surface coaters, construction mechanics, mechatronics technicians, specialist in plastics and rubber technology, production mechanic Several years’ professional experience Good manual dexterity and technical understanding Willingness to work shifts Fluent command of German Good written and spoken English A strong hands-on-on approach Problem-solving skills Perseverance Ability to work independently and in a results-oriented manner Ability to work as part of a team Comparative pay: €26.16 per hour (before cap)
