• You will work independently on several workstations across various production lines in accordance with specified standards
• You will professionally pour and inject silicone and resin systems
• You will bond plastic and metal parts with precision
• You carry out complex wiring and brazing work with care
• You assemble plastic components and production equipment reliably
• You operate machinery such as potting systems and heating presses safely and carry out maintenanceand maintenance tasks conscientiously
• You document your work and check it for quality
• You actively support the induction of new staff
• You are committed to supporting the continuous improvement of the production process

• You have completed a technical vocational training programme, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years’ professional experience in industry in a similar role
• Basic IT skills would be an advantage
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and technical understanding
• You are willing to work early and late shifts
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are fluent in German, and a basic knowledge of English would be an advantage
