• You will map the production processes involved in the assembly of mechanical-optical systems under cleanroom conditions for series-produced items and repairs in SAP R3 (MM, PP, QM, CO)
• You will create the material master, bill of materials, work plan, work centre, test plan, master inspection characteristic and quality control chart, and determine the production costs
• You plan and cost assembly processes for prototypes as part of the product development process
• You monitor product launches and change requests
• You will contribute to the technical processes involved in handling enquiries and preparing quotations
• You will oversee the monitoring of test equipment on the assembly line
• You will analyse and correct cost variances

• You hold a degree or have completed further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d), industrial engineer (m/f/d) or business administration graduate (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ experience in work planning
• You have a good knowledge of optical measurement technology and optical manufacturing technologies, particularly in the field of assembly technologies, including under cleanroom conditions
• Your portfolio also includes knowledge of manufacturing cost calculation and experience in project work, coupled with a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system, specifically the PP, MM, QS and CM
• You are distinguished by your good written and spoken German and English
• A high level of resilience and a disciplined, structured approach to work are to your credit
• Assertiveness, decisiveness, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills, round off your profile
