• You assemble small parts by hand to form sub-assemblies
• Following instructions, you assemble the individual parts carefully and in the correct order
• Using jigs and simple tools, you secure and assemble the components to ensure a precise fit
• You correctly implement assembly specifications, drawings and work instructions
• During assembly, you carry out visual inspections of parts and assemblies to check for completeness and visible defects
• You sort out faulty parts and report any anomalies to your line manager
• You store assembled sub-assemblies correctly, pack them or pass them on to the next stage of the process
• You keep your workstation clean and tidy, whilst observing health and safety and quality standards
