• You will independently provide support services in small groups for people with disabilities
• As part of the daily routine, you will accompany and support service users on an individual basis, for example with everyday tasks and routines
• You will promote the social participation of service users and accompany them during activities, programmes and social interactions
• You will manage individual participation plans independently and adapt them as required to the goals and needs of service users
• You will document the support services provided carefully and in a transparent manner
• You will liaise with colleagues and other stakeholders regarding developments and measures
• You will foster a relationship with service users that is appreciative, respectful and engaging

• a completed qualification as a childcare worker (m/f/d), therapeutic care worker (m/f/d), occupational therapist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• an additional qualification in special educational needs (SPZ) would be an advantage
• you possess good communication skills and present yourself in a confident and engaging manner
• You have a respectful and empathetic attitude towards people with disabilities
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You work meticulously and document the services you have provided in a clear and transparent manner
• You are characterised by your reliability and ability to work as part of a team
