• You will advise policyholders on matters relating to health, pension and accident insurance and respond to individual customer enquiries
• You will process and assess claims independently in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• You will be responsible for managing and maintaining policyholder data
• You will draft and send decisions and notifications to the relevant parties
• Processing of premium payments and written and telephone correspondence with employers are also part of your day-to-day work
• You will manage complaints and grievances in a solution-oriented manner

• You have completed vocational training as a social security clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you already have at least two years’ professional experience
• You have a command of German at native speaker level
• You impress with your reliable and meticulous approach to work
