• In your day-to-day work, you will accompany children, young people or people with support needs and provide them with structure, security and orientation
• With a great deal of empathy, you create a regular daily routine and support your protégés with their individual challenges

• Depending on the area of work, you are available for counselling sessions and thus strengthen the personal development of your clients

• Completed training as a social assistant (m/f/d), socio-educational assistant (m/f/d), child carer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• A solid foundation of knowledge and a passion for pedagogical work that everyone involved can rely on
